Our goal is for you to feel at home during your stay with the convenient location and amenities. You'll have the space all to yourself as you explore Portland and the surrounding areas or return to after visiting friends and family. Walk to excellent restaurants, call in a local delivery, or stay in and cook with a fully equipped kitchen. Restless kids (or adults) can grab a ball and explore the 16 acre park one block away. Newly constructed in 2019, this 2 bedroom unit is a completely separate and private space for you to use. Plenty of street parking and dedicated pathway to the unit. It has a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and one queen bedroom on the main floor and and separate queen bedroom on the 2nd floor. Settle down after a long day with your Netflix, get some work done on the fast WiFi, or head out to the local shops and restaurants. It sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Each bedroom has a door for privacy (no loft!) and blackout blinds. Each room is equipped with their own efficient heating and cooling control, a combination of firm and soft pillows, and a Bluetooth enabled stereo/alarm clock. Internet connected smart LG TV and Sonos sound system in the living room are ready for you. Disney+, Hulu and Spotify are available. The kitchen is well equipped with the essential equipment and gadgets (including an option of French press or drip coffee.) Should you not be in the mood to cook or make your own coffee, you're in luck. Within 1/2 a mile (all walking distance along neighborhood streets) you will find dozens of 4+ star Yelp restaurants, coffee shops and bars. This is a detached space with two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen and living room all dedicated for guests. Access is via a separate pathway with privacy fence separating guests from the main house. Within 1/2 a mile you will find plenty of well known local restaurants such as Salt & Straw, Hat Yai, Pine State Biscuits, and Tamale Boy, plus there are dozens of other 4+ star Yelp restaurants, coffee shops and bars within that same 1/2 mile. The park has baseball fields, playground, swings, basketball and tennis court and small nature path in addition to a running/walking trail around its circumference. Short Lyft/Uber/Cab to and from the airport. Bus to downtown is within blocks. Walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops, bars and the Alberta Arts district. We're in a neighborhood, the space is well insulated from sounds and quiet but dogs do bark, kids play, and neighbors hang out. This is a non-smoking unit and property.
